Unexpected turn
People are unpredictable, unknown thinkers, believers, act with instinct but that does not stopping us to get closer and even living in the room.
A team of mine believe what they believe in of doing things and having commitment towards it and at some points burn out and left. Some just dry and gloomy and some take advantage on others because of lack motivation.
I was in circle of burn out and no motivation and i just decide to make myself to stop. Stop complain and just suck it up, but suck it up have limit, limit to push and limit from breaking other that matter.
